“六字诀”轻松解决内部矛盾

一、目标求“和”。分队长在处理矛盾过程中,面对着不同背景、不同经历、不同性格的保安员,应尽最大努力去求同存异、化解矛盾。找出队员身上的相同点和闪光点,本着“求和谐、促发展”的目标,与人为善,以理服人,这是矛盾处理的首要原则和出发点。
